BMW M3 CSL, year July 2003. Colour Saphir black (code 475) with an anthracite/grey ‘Amaretta Reflex’ interior. This fabulous BMW M3 CSL (model E46) was sold new in Germany. The BMW M3 CSL is like all BMW M models ‘Born on the circuit and at home on every road’. The M3 CSL (Coupe Sport Leichtbau) is a special and rare M3 model which was produced in a limited edition series from June until December 2003. The CSL is build using ultra-light carbon fibre panels for the roof and the boot lid. Furthermore the steering was given a touch of additional sharpness and the engine was up rated to 360 bhp. A lusty 17 bhp more than the ‘standard’ E46 M3. The car features an automatic 6 speed SMG gearbox with shift ‘paddles’ on the steering wheel.
