 Today we added a very rare automobile at Amicale Facel Holland. A rare 1964 Facel Vega Facel 6 cabriolet in very good condition! Only 8 of these beautiful cabriolets have been built. Five are still known to exist. The Facel 6 is powered by a six cylinder BMC engine delivering 150 SAE bhp. and giving a top-speed of 195 km/h.

 We added a new arrived classic car at Piet Mozes Restorations. A beautiful 1967 Volvo 1800 S in excellent original condition! Beautiful dark green bodywork and cognac brown leather interior. Very hard to find in this excellent condition!

 This week we tested and photographed at Altena Classic Service, Classic Cars Friesland and at Piet Mozes Restorations. today we added five new arrived classic cars for sale and a very beautiful sold automobile. Added at Altena Classic Service: a 1959 Austin Healey 3000 Mk I in recently restored superb (excellent++) condition, near concours. A 1959 Jaguar XK 150 3.8 Litre 'S' FHC in fresh restored superb (excellent++) near concours condition. A 1960 Jaguar XK 150 3.8 Litre DHC (sold) in fresh concours condition. A 1961 Saab 96 'two stroke' rally car in very good original condition. A 1964 Austin Healey 3000 Mk III phase 1 in fresh restored concours condition! Also added a 1972 Ferrari Dino 246 GT (sold) in excellent to superb condition.

From 13 until 15 January the InterClassics / TopMobiel classic car show is being held in the MECC at Maastricht, the Netherlands. Main themes are Porsche and the Mille Miglia. The ClassicarGarages of Altena Classic Service, Classic Cars Friesland, Lex Classics and Smiths-Veglia are participating. They present many high quality classic automobiles for sale on this beautiful show!

 The last ten days I have been testing an photographing new arrived classic cars for Imparts, Altena Classic Service and Classic Cars Friesland. Today three fantastic classics were added to the sales collection. At Imparts: a magnificent 1970 Aston Martin DBS in very good to excellent condition!  At Altena Classic Service: a tremendous 1968 Jaguar C-type by Heritage in superb (excellent+) condition and a beautiful 1967 Austin Healey 3000 Mk III phase 2 in excellent condition!

 I updated a beautiful restoration project at Piet Mozes Restorations. The full restoration of a 1964 Austin Mini Cooper
Mk I. This car is being restored from the bare metal. In the reportage you see the car getting stripped, old damage removed and sheet metal work carried out. Recently the body was given a perfect paintjob!
Today yours truly has been working on the ClassicarGarage Rover P6B (the car in which I visit all the garages for 11 years now). The Rover has undergone extensive sheet metal work, interior refurbishments and gauge overhauls. Last Monday the car returned from the paint shop. At the end of this week you may expect ClassicarGarage Newsletter 65!
As soon as the weather gets better I will test drive and
photograph at Classic Cars Friesland, Imparts and at Altena Classic Service.

 Two beautiful automobiles for sale are added at Geert Jan Peters.
A scarce and very special 'matching numbers' 1940 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Turismo 5 posti restoration object in very sound condition. Only 279 have been built and the car is Mille Miglia eligible. Further more we added a beautiful 1972 Volvo 1800 ES in excellent original condition. This automobile was imported from Switzerland and the car looks fantastic inside and out! 

 We added two fine classic cars for sale at Classic Cars Friesland. A rare and beautiful 1958 Austin Healey 100-SIX 'two seater' (BN6) in concours (show) condition and a very nice 1960 MG MGA 1600 roadster in excellent condition!

 Last week we have been testing and photographing at Imparts, Geert Jan Peters and at Amicale Facel Holland. All the photographed and expected classic cars were listed in ClassicarGarage Newsletter 64 which was posted on December 1. Today we added three new arrivals at Imparts. A 1970 Rover P5B Coupe 3500 V8 in very good condition! This car runs on petrol and LPG. Further more two fantastic Morgan cars of which one was just sold. A fantastic 1985 Morgan +8 in excellent original condition, always dealer serviced! And a rare 2002 Morgan 4/4 'LeMans62' limited edition (sold) in superb (excellent+) condition. Number 79 of 80 'LeMans62' cars built. 40 4/4's and 40 +8's were built in this edition.

 We added three new arrivals at Lex Classics. A 1964 Mercedes-Benz 230 SL 'Pagoda' in very good condition, a fantastic matching numbers 1973 BMW 3.0 CSL 'Batmobile'  in superb (excellent++) condition and a beautiful 1992 Ferrari 348 TB in superb (excellent+) original condition!  We added three very beautiful classic cars for sale at Altena Classic Service. A fantastic 1949 Jaguar MK V 3.5 Litre saloon in superb (excellent+) condition, a beautiful 1965 Austin Healey 3000 Mk III phase I (sold) in superb (excellent++), near concours condition and a delightful 1967 Triumph Herald 1200 convertible (sold) in superb (excellent+) condition!

 We added three very interesting classic automobiles at Lex Classics. A very beautiful, scarce and highly collectible 1937 Cord 812 SC Phaeton in very good condition! This beautifully designed Cord is front wheel driven, fitted with V8 engine and Super Charger! Only 99 built... Then a beautiful 1955 Jaguar XK 140 4.4 Litre DHC in very good to excellent condition and a delightful 1960 Austin Healey 3000 Mk I BN7 in superb (excellent++) near concours condition! This is a rare Mk I two seater BN7 model. 

 We added two magnificent automobiles to our sales collection! At Smiths-Veglia: a very beautiful 1966 Austin Healey 3000 Mk III phase 2 (under option) in superb (excellent+) condition! And a very impressive 1992 Porsche 911 (964) Carrera RS in superb original condition! European model, strictly dealer serviced, a fantastic driver car!

 Today we added a very scarce, very special and very fast sports car to our sales collection! for sale at Amicale Facel Holland: a 2004 Bristol Fighter in superb (excellent+) condition! One of the last prototypes built. A stunning sports car and a great GT!

 Last week we tested and photographed new arrived classic cars for sale at Altena Classic Service, Amicale Facel Holland, Lex Classics. and at Classic Cars Friesland. At Altena Classic Service we added a 1959 Jaguar XK 150 3.4 Litre DHC (sold) in excellent condition. At Classic Cars Friesland we added and a 1954 MG TF 1250 in excellent to excellent+ condition!

 Today we added a beautiful thoroughbred classic car at Smiths-Veglia. A fabulous 1960 Lotus Elite series 1 in superb (excellent+) condition! This automobile was extensively restored in the past and beautifully perfected recently. This 'matching numbers' Lotus Elite features a stage II tuned engine with stage III overhead camshaft and double twin choke Weber carburettors. With 102 bhp at 7000 rpm and a weight of 546 kilograms this Elite is a magnificent and very agile driver car! 

 Last week we tested and photographed a fantastic 1960 Lotus Elite for sale at Smiths-Veglia. This fine classic car will be added to the collection shortly. This week and next week we will test drive and photograph around eight new arrived classic cars at Altena Classic Service, Lex Classics, Imparts and at Amicale Facel Holland.

 Today we added two newly arrived automobiles at Lex Classics.
A spectacular 1988 BMW M3 (E30) in superb (excellent+) original condition (52.200 km from new!) And a very special 1968 Jaguar E-type 4.2 Litre roadster series 1.5 in excellent to superb condition! Very special colour combination, Caribbean blue metallic, interior with aqua carpet and beige leather, dare!

 We visited the 2011 Mille Miglia 'Storica' in Italy which was held from May 12 until May 15. Again it was a wonderful event!
We created a 22 minute Full HD video of the events before the start in Brescia on May 12. You see the most fantastic cars drive by and you can feel the atmosphere in the streets and piazza's. We used a special camera lens to give you the impression of actually being there!

We are back from the Goodwood Revival in England, it was fantastic! We uploaded HD video clips of three races to our
Youtube Channel:

• Freddy March Trophy 6.18 minutes. With very spectacular Jaguar C-type and Ferrari 166 MM barchetta collision.
• Whitsun Trophy 4.30 minutes. In this race you see the most impressive and fastest sports and racing prototypes which were racing from 1963 until 1966. (Including CanAm McLaren and Lola cars!)
• Richmond Trophy 4.39 minutes. Front engined Grand Prix cars of a type that raced from 1948 until 1960.

In January 2007 the InterClassics/Topmobiel classic car show was traditionally held in the MECC, Maastricht, the Netherlands. It was a beautiful and compact show and the quality of the classics on sale and services offered were high. The ClassicarGarages Amicale Facel Holland, Altena Classic Service, Classic Cars Friesland. On April 20 and 21 2006 we visited Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart. For the second time we were invited in the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center and the new museum. In December 2005 we visited the museum during the decorating stage. Now the new Mercedes-Benz museum is almost ready for the public; the gates of the worlds most impressive automobile museum were opened on May 20.

Last week we saw one day of good weather and we took the opportunity to drive and photograph new arrived classic cars at Altena Classic Service and Classic Cars Friesland.
