Saab 93F, année 1959. Couleur bleu avec un intérieur bleu / blanc en vinyle et tissu. Ce magnifique Saab 93F a été restauré par un employé du musée Saab en Suède. Au cours du processus, un moteur 750 cc GT a été monté, une boîte de vitesses à quatre rapports et un échappement GT avec deux tuyaux. Le moteur à deux temps à trois cylindres offre 45 ch et la note d'échappement est magnifique ! Cette Saab 93F conduit parfaitement et la voiture est en excellent état ! Seuls 735 exemples de ce type ont été construits. Le « F » dans 93F signifie « Front hinged doors » ; portes avant articulées. Saab a obtenu de nombreux succès dans les championnats de compétition (inter) nationaux avec ces voitures. Cela en raison de leur légèreté, la tenue de route superbe et l'agilité. C'est un exemple exceptionnel !

Svenska Aeroplan AB, SAAB originally started as a manufacturer of aero planes. After the second world war the firm decided to expand their business and started developing and manufacturing automobiles. It started with the Saab 92. The car was given a very aerodynamic bodywork and the car was fitted with a DKW two stroke engine. Saab decided to enter the car in rally competitions which brought great success. The Saabs were light, agile and aerodynamic. This combined with front wheel drive proved to the perfect ingredients for a successful rally car. The make became famous with amongst others rally driver Erik Carlsson.
