Fiat 128 Coupé 1100 S, year 1974. Colour red “Rosso Arianco” (Fiat paint code 171) combined with a black leathercloth interior and black carpet. This wonderful Fiat 128 type AC5 Coupé was recently acquired by Montagna d’Oro, the car still has the Italian registration FR147338. The automobile was sold new to a lady from Frosione who drove the car sparsely. The second owner, Mr. E. Sollo, purchased the super original and perfectly kept Fiat in the year 2013 and added it too his car collection. In 2020 the car was fully serviced in Italy. This wonderful Fiat 128 Coupé 1100 S is in an excellent and super original condition! The odometer shows 78.161 kilometres. The paint is still original and wonderful, the original interior is in pristine condition, and the under-bonnet appearance is exceptionally clean and beautifully detailed! The engine runs perfectly, and the gearbox shifts superbly. This gorgeous and super original Fiat 128 Coupé 1100S drives like it was just run in! A perfect specimen for the demanding Fiat collector or enthusiast!

The Fiat 128 was introduced in 1969, a very modern design for those years and one that many competitors could take as an example. The sleekly designed body covered a spacious interior and beautiful progressive technology. An engine with an overhead camshaft and independent wheel suspension all round. The Fiat 128 remained in production for fifteen years. From 1971, a beautiful two-door coupé model was built. This 128 coupé can be seen as the successor to the Fiat 850 coupé. The sports coupe built until 1975 was characterized by a bend in the sloping roofline at the height of the trunk. The successor, the 128 3P, had a modified rear end with a third door that hinged open to the edge of the roof. The fiat 128 Coupé was built with 1100cc and 1300cc engines until the year 1978. The standard 128 lasted until 1984.
