Citroën Mehari, year 1974. Colour orange with a black leatherette interior, a black vinyl hood and black side-curtains. This wonderful Citroën Mehari was fully and perfectly restored by a Citroën specialist in the Netherlands. The restoration was carried out to such high standards that we are looking at a better than BRAND NEW Mehari! Where ever you look, everything is new and perfect! Everything was restored / overhauled and / or renewed, costs nor effort were spared to rech perfection. This Mehari was sold new to the Netherlands. These days the Mehari is a true CULT-CAR, in period it was a used as a light weight ‘all-terrain’ fun car, as a utility vehicle in France and Africa but it was also used by the French ‘Gendarmerie’. The platform-chassis and the engine come from the 2CV, the bodywork is made of ultra-light un-painted plastic. This very desirable top quality Mehari comes with the original tool-set. This must be one of the most beautiful and perfect examples you will ever see!
