Fiat 2300 S Coupé, 1963 | For sale
Fiat 2300 S Coupé, year 1963 (first registration 8 august 1963). Chassis number 114BS102607, engine number 114BS153622. Colour blue combined with a red leather interior and black carpet. This wonderful Fiat 2300 S Coupé was recently purchased from an Italian living in Luxembourg. The car is currently shown as it arrived, a sound example which will be brought to very good and complete condition by us. The odometer currently reads 92.834 kilometres. The paint on the bonnet needs attention, and we are on the lookout for two chrome strips which are missing in the grille and on the right front fender. The interior was recently newly upholstered with red leather! The six-cylinder engine runs beautifully, and all the other mechanical components function as they should. The spectacular shape of the Fiat 2300 S Coupé was designed by Italian coachbuilder Ghia. In 1960 Ghia presented a Sport Coupé based on a Fiat 2100 chassis at the Turin Motor Show. A year later this model was officially added to the Fiat range. Two models were introduced: the 2300 and the 2300 S. The S featured a more powerful six-cylinder engine with 136 DIN bhp instead of the 105 bhp in the 2300. With a top speed of 190 km/h, disc brakes around, and a five-speed gearbox, the Fiat 2300 S was a superb gentleman’s express in the 1960s! The car will be given extensive service upon delivery to a proud new owner!
