Goodwood Revival 2012

Every September the magical Goodwood Revival is held near Chichester in the United Kingdom. This is the most beautiful event for enthusiasts to get close to the historic racing action and to see the most important racing cars of all time in competition! Most important is the dress code: you are totally out of character on the Revival if you do not visit dressed up in 1940ies, 1950ies or 1960ies style! Sharp dressed pilots, racing drivers, military men, and above all beautifully dressed women: birds showing all colours of their feathers!

Check out the extensive photo reportage which shows all the fun, the action, the history and the beauty of Goodwood! High light of the 2012 event was the presence of all the Mercedes-Benz and Auto Union  'Silver Arrows'! The most powerful (and dangerous) racingcars which were ever conceived. Before WW2 the 'Silver Arrows' were invincible, and now over 70 years later they were back on British soil. The video blow shows demonstrastion laps by these priceless racers. To bad the smell of Castrol R cannot be supplied with the video!
