Riley RMF saloon, 1953
Riley RMF saloon, year 1953. Colour green over black with a black vinyl roof top. Green leather interior with green carpet. This magnificent Riley RMF was sold new in the Netherlands. The car still shows its original registration number! The Riley RMF replaced the RMB model in 1952, and it is also fitted with its 2.5 Litre ‘big four’ engine. The Riley RMF is the rarest saloon of the series, only 1050 cars of this type were produced. The Riley RMF shows a wonderful rounded classic British saloon design of the 1950s combined with a rich interior upholstered with real leather hide and wood. The grille and the other chrome trim are artfully shaped and give the car a distinctive style. This wonderful automobile is in a good and super original condition. The car was never restored, only repainted in the past! The car drives perfectly, and all the controls operate like they should. This Riley is a true time capsule, a fantastic find for the British car, and Riley enthusiast!
