The Saab 96 850 ‘two-stroke’ was a very successful rally weapon of the 1960’s. In the hands of rally driver Erik Carlsson Saab achieved many successes like the victory in the 1963 Monte Carlo Rally and the 1964 San Remo Rally. In 2004 Erik Carlsson has put his autograph on the sun visor of this Saab! The light and agile car is powered by a powerful three cylinder two-stroke engine with a capacity of 850 cc. Thanks to three carburettors the power output is 58 bhp.
