Make history

Daihatsu Taft F20, year 1979. Color olive green with a cream white roof and black vinyl interior. The Daihatsu Taft four-wheel drive compact SUV was introduced in 1974 (F10) and was succeeded by the Daihatsu Rocky in 1984 via the F20 and F50 models. The name TAFT stands for "Tough and Almighty Four-Wheel Touring Vehicle". This wonderful F20 example was sold new in Greece and is currently registered in Italy. The car is in very good and beautiful condition and is equipped with very good all-terrain tyres. This well-built, compact 4x4 seats six and has all the rugged off-road gear you'll need. The power of the robust Toyota 12R 1600cc 4-cylinder engine is transmitted to all four wheels via a 4-speed gearbox with high and low ratios. The front wheels have a freewheel function that can be “locked” for use on rough terrain. The 16-inch wheels are suspended on heavy-duty axles and leaf springs. This Daihatsu Taft will be a wonderful and reliable classic companion for people living in rural areas or for those looking for an entry into the vintage off-road scene or trials competitions.
